Job summary

Clive Behavioral Health, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Program Therapist - PRN to support inpatient and outpatient services in Clive, IA.

The role focuses on biopsychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, social work services, family therapy, and referrals, with emphasis on compassionate care and precise documentation within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This position offers flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or clinical related field.
• Licensed in Iowa as t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW.
• Superb documentation skills.
• Good communication and relationship skills including the ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust.
• Must have current CPR and Mandatory Reporter for Adult/Child.

Responsibilities

• Provide social services to meet biopsychosocial needs and enable access to therapeutic treatment skills.
• Deliver crisis intervention and short/long-term family therapy as needed.
• Offer information and referrals to patients and families.
• Inpatient and Outpatient opportunities available.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
