Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical field.
• Licensed in Iowa (t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW).
• Superb documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with boundaries and confidentiality.
• Current CPR and Mandatory Reporter for Adult/Child.

Responsibilities

• The Program Therapist provides social services to meet patients' biopsychosocial needs and delivers therapeutic treatment skills to support emotional health.
• Inpatient and outpatient opportunities are available.
• Provides information and referrals as needed and collaborates with the care team to develop discharge plans.
