Qualifications

• MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related field.
• Previous experience with the SPMI population.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers.
• Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes.
• Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services.
• Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program's standards.
• Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers.
• Collaborates with treatment team and performs on call duties on a rotating basis.
