Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee facility operations on assigned shift and ensure efficient patient flow and care.

You will manage clinical staff, coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensure adherence to utilization and revenue cycle guidelines, and maintain safety and compliance. This leadership role requires strong clinical background and proven leadership experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as a direct clinical care provider in Nursing, Social Services, Administrative or Milieu support (BHS/RSS).
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card for the State of Washington (BHS/RSS positions).
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of the assigned unit and shift to ensure the clinical team is operating efficiently, smoothly, and consistently to support high-quality clinical care and outcomes.
• Manages admissions, transfers, and discharges to and from the unit and acts as on-site resource for staff, individuals, family members, or community stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle Management guidelines for correct coding and billing of services.
• Assists with training and orientation of new staff to unit processes and procedures.
