Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. (BCRI) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the 24/7 Crisis Respite Unit at Baltimore.

You will provide direct nursing care to adults experiencing mental health and addiction crises, monitor health, administer medications, and document care. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to safety and stability, with opportunities for patient education and wellness support, coordination with medical providers, and making a meaningful impact in the Baltimore

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN or RN license (required).
• 5+ years’ experience in addiction treatment or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong teamwork, documentation, and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client health: vitals, blood pressures, glucose, wounds, and clinical changes.
• Administer medications, including PRN, methadone, and suboxone.
• Document care in EMR; report changes to on-call providers.
• Provide patient education and facilitate wellness groups.
• Respond to medical emergencies on the unit.
