Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a residential crisis setting.
• Conduct nursing assessments at admission and throughout stay.
• Monitor physical and mental health status.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
• Complete accurate documentation in EMR; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Take and record vital signs; perform basic physical assessments.
• Collaborate with clinicians, supervisors, and leadership.
• Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Support individualized service plans.
• Maintain a calm, safe environment; de-escalation techniques.
