Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active LPN license in Maryland required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care under supervision of RN, APP or provider.
• Manages patient assignments within shift.
• Records vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Administers medications and wound care per regulations.
• Collaborates with treatment team to develop care plans.
• Aids in patient transfers between units or facilities.
