Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs) and ensure crisis services and involuntary treatment act assessments are delivered with quality and cultural competence.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social or behavioral science, an active WA DOH credential, at least two years of leadership and two years of clinical experience with high-acuity clients, and collaboration with the integrated care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social/behavioral science or related field.
• Active credential from Washington State Department of Health.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with high-acuity clients.
• Ability to diagnose mental health issues and develop crisis follow-up plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Designated Crisis Responders across all phases of work.
• Coordinate with Behavioral Health Program Manager on admin and clinical procedures.
• Oversee crisis services and assessments under the Involuntary Treatment Act.
• Promote cultural competence within an integrated care team.
