This full-time role focuses on crisis assessment, intervention, and coordination with healthcare professionals to ensure timely, appropriate care for individuals in crisis. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least two years in behavioral health, and proficiency with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience in crisis intervention and emergency evaluation.
• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments to evaluate mental health status and immediate needs.
• Collaborate with medical and mental health professionals to develop intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services during acute behavioral health events.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per standards; coordinate with community resources for post-crisis care.
