Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Beverly Hills, FL seeks a Behavioral Tech III to deliver advanced care within a multidisciplinary team. You will monitor clients, implement care plans, facilitate activities, and document progress daily.

Collaboration with families and professionals ensures high-quality treatment and safety. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field and at least 3 years in behavioral health, with crisis intervention experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support clients through direct observation to ensure safety.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans and treatment protocols.
• Assist in development and facilitation of therapeutic activities and group sessions.
• Document client behavior, progress, and incidents accurately and timely.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care strategies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment per health regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention per established protocols.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff by sharing expertise and knowledge.
• Continuously update skills through professional development opportunities.
