Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required.
• Fluent in Spanish with bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct individual and group behavioral health services to clients per service plans.
• Assist crisis stabilization and educational services teams in crises.
• Identify behavioral triggers and suggest environmental modifications to support positive behavioral change.
• Record data for treatment goals using electronic data collection systems.
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop reports and progress summaries.
• Drive to appointments and support families as needed.
