Qualifikationen

• Ability to supervise staff, conduct therapy, and coordinate clinical services.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in Crisis Bed.
• Supervise Crisis Bed staff and coordinate clinical needs of the program.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and risk assessments for level of care.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate aftercare and resources.
• Maintain thorough documentation from intake to discharge.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing.
