Job summary

Delaware Guidance Services for Children seeks a Crisis Program Clinical Coordinator to lead the MRSS crisis team in Dover, DE. You will oversee a 24/7 crisis program for children, coordinate supervision, and ensure compliant, high-quality crisis interventions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, state licensure, and prior supervision experience. Travel between sites and collaboration with community providers are expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and coordinating teams.
• Strong communication with families, schools, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate MRSS crisis services for children.
• Develop procedures for crisis operations and supervision access.
• Provide daily crisis case management and assign cases as needed.
• Monitor risk factors and decide on hospitalization or crisis bed placement.
• Coordinate training and field support for crisis counselors.
• Ensure licensing compliance and collaboration with community partners.
