Responsibilities

• Closely monitor clients and complete observation rounds using required safety protocols.
• Implement a person-centered plan and provide supports to help clients meet outcomes.
• Deliver trauma-informed interventions to maintain safety and build skills.
• Create an engaging unit milieu to maintain a therapeutic and safe environment.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver group activities for clients.
• Complete electronic documentation and shift reports in a timely manner.
