The role involves program oversight, scheduling, training, incident reporting, and collaboration with clinical and school partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field with 2+ years in behavioral health.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Delaware’s behavioral health systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for Crisis Bed Shift Supervisors and Mental Health Technicians.
• Scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Oversee program operations, menu planning, supply procurement, and compliance with licensing standards and agency policies.
• Implement program performance indicators and suggest improvements for service delivery.
• Maintain incident reporting and collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and families.
