Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with state licensure eligibility (LCSW/LPCMH/LMFT/psychologist).
• Minimum two years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred and inpatient/residential setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership for Crisis Bed staff.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and various therapy modalities (individual, group, family).
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate aftercare with families and resources.
• Perform risk assessments and determine appropriate level of care.
• Maintain documentation from intake through discharge with high quality records.
• Collaborate with Crisis Bed Supervisor and other stakeholders to maintain standards.
• Deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care and crisis intervention as needed.
