Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver seeks a part-time mental health professional to act as the primary liaison between clients, families, managed care, and behavioral health staff. Qualifications

• Master's degree required for the role.
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) and RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
• Official licensures: CNS, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PSYCH.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients, families, managed care, and behavioral health staff.
• Ensure continuity of patient care after assessment by implementing referral recommendations.
• Provide therapeutic and educational services to patients, families, staff and community.
• Assess suicide, violence, and elopement risk.
• Support milieu management in EDs and medical units.
