Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver seeks a part-time mental health professional to act as the primary liaison between clients, families, managed care, and behavioral health staff. You will help ensure continuity of patient care following assessments and referrals, while delivering therapeutic and educational services to patients, families, staff and the wider community.

• Master's degree required for the role.
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) and RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
• Official licensures: CNS, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PSYCH.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients, families, managed care, and behavioral health staff.
• Ensure continuity of patient care after assessment by implementing referral recommendations.
• Provide therapeutic and educational services to patients, families, staff and community.

Job Description

• Serves as primary communication liaison between clients, family members, managed care representatives, and behavioral healthcare personnel.
• Assures the continuity of patient care upon completion of the assessment by assisting in the implementation of the referral recommendation.
• Provides therapeutic and educational services to patients, family, staff, and community.
• Appropriately assesses suicide, violence, and elopement potential.
• Facilitates appropriate milieu management within the emergency departments and medical units.

Pay Range

$29.82 - $55.47
