Job summary

Pine Rest Assessment & Referral Clinician will provide triage, assessment and referral services for patients in crisis. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values expertise, compassion, and equitable care.

Responsibilities include crisis assessment, coordinating admissions and referrals with insurers, and documenting care in medical records while maintaining high standards of patient service.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license in MI as LLP, LMSW or LLMSW.
• Maintain certification commensurate with treatment provided.
• Ability to provide culturally inclusive care within a diverse community.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, assessment and referral services for patients in crisis.
• Coordinate admissions and intakes, interfacing with insurers for authorization.
• Refer patients to outpatient services and document in medical records.
• Collaborate with community agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
