Network180 is seeking an Access Line Representative to provide crisis de-escalation and direct calls for community partners and individuals seeking help. This per diem, first-shift assignment is in Grand Rapids, MI, with in-person work at 790 Fuller Ave NE.

Responsibilities include handling a multi-line system, documenting encounters, and coordinating with emergency services as needed while delivering compassionate, professional service in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in a call center and/or customer service-related position.
• Proficient multitasking with phone, multiple computer applications, researching and typing.
• Proficient in Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience identifying and escalating customer issues with empathy and respect.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication under stress.
• Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts calmly.

Responsabilités

• Answer a multi-line phone system to assist clients in crisis situations and community needs.
• Document each encounter while in-call.
• Provide superior customer service to team members, individuals served, and community.
• Assist callers empathetically, professionally, and respectfully.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Triage calls to determine appropriate level of care.
• Coordinate with EMS or police for active rescue as needed.
• Apply crisis intervention techniques and problem-solving processes.
