Network180 in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Crisis Center Clinician to provide crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referrals for adults 18+ at the 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Center. The role includes working a 2nd shift on Fri-Sun and Monday 2:00pm–12:00am, onsite at 260 Jefferson Ave SE, Suite 100.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
• Licensure eligibility or LMSW license within 3 months of hire.
• Thorough knowledge of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
• Understanding of professional ethics and standards of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and rationally.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and EHR.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communication under stress.
• Ability to bridge language/cultural barriers in diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referrals to adults 18+ at the Crisis Center.
• Work onsite at 260 Jefferson Ave SE, Suite 100, Grand Rapids, MI.
• Contribute to Brief Intervention Clinic and Crisis Stabilization Unit operations.
• Collaborate across settings and through telehealth as needed.
