Qualifications

• Ph.D. or terminal degree in the discipline with at least four years teaching experience, and scholarly activity and service.
• Preferred: excellence in teaching and scholarly/research activities consistent with eligibility for appointment/tenure at the rank of associate professor or professor.

Responsibilities

• Academic Oversight: Developing and maintaining graduate curriculum and standards.
• Student Support: Advising Master’s/PhD students, guiding theses /dissertations.
• Admissions: Managing the recruitment and selection of graduate candidates.
• Faculty Liaison: Working with professors teaching graduate courses.
• Program Representation: Acting as the primary contact for graduate studies in the department.
