Responsibilities

• Maintaining regular contact with local, state, and federal criminal justice agencies outside the state of Florida for documentation to clarify decisions and record modifications.
• Conducting research for relevant information from multiple databases and resources.
• Analyzing multiple source documents to form a recommendation and decision for mental health related cases.
• Providing documentation to external criminal justice partners to support updates to criminal justice systems.
• Ensuring internal documentation includes extensive notation and markup to justify updates to criminal history records.
• Resolving difficult, unusual, or questionable issues in the review and processing of criminal justice information.
