Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth research for accurate and complete criminal justice information by utilizing internal and external databases or contacting other agencies.
• Analyzing reports for discrepancies and identifying potential problems in criminal history records.
• Monitoring and resolving criminal history records submission errors.
• Contacting criminal justice agencies for source documentation to support changes to records.
• Making modifications to electronic systems as necessary.
• Resolving difficult, unusual, or questionable issues in reviewing and processing information.
• Assisting with electronic arrest submissions to ensure timely processing of records.
• Assisting in training new members; and
• Maintaining various logs and records of requests received and processed.
