Responsibilities

• Conduct research to support accurate crime reporting and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Validate submissions of crime reporting data.
• Perform record linkage to prevent duplication and ensure correct merges in CJDT.
• Identify non-reporting agencies and resolve data issues with SMEs.
• Provide timely service to agencies and the public via phone, email, or online channels.
• Draft notifications to customers regarding data deficiencies or anomalies.
• Ensure misrouted calls are routed to the correct section.
• Support workflow analysis and implement standard operating procedures.
