Florida Department of Law Enforcement seeks a CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION ANALYST I to support crime information and record maintenance. The role involves handling criminal history queries, maintaining data security, and ensuring NCIC/FCIC certification compliance while serving agencies and the public.

Under supervision, you will manage requests, process records, and uphold CHRM procedures, contributing to accurate data handling and responsive customer service within the FDLE framework.

Competenze

• Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
• Ability to record, collect, evaluate, and analyze data.
• Ability to organize files, records and/or other materials.
• Ability to sort data alphabetically, numerically, and categorically.
• Ability to read and interpret law enforcement data.
• Ability to read and interpret state statutes.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Provide service to local, state, and federal agencies and the public via telephone, email, or in person.
• Manage shared email inboxes and distribute requests.
• Handle routes and telephone calls per guidelines.
• Identify deficient criminal history requests and route for processing.
