Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of information analysis.

• Familiarity with criminal justice information systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research across multiple databases and resources.
• Assist in creating and updating operational procedures.
• Assist in quality assurance of criminal history records.
• Analyze documentation for impact of proposed law or rule changes.
• Liaise with Office of General Counsel for guidance on legal decisions.
• Track workload statistics and generate performance reports.
• Support special projects aligned with division goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required documentation.
• Maintain liaison with agencies and the public via phone, email or in person.
• Draft detailed written notifications to customers on complex inquiries.
