The State of Florida is seeking a Crime Intelligence Analyst I for the Office of the Inspector General in the Central Office. The role focuses on compiling and analyzing criminal intelligence from various sources, coordinating information across agencies, and producing detailed reports.

The analyst will work on-site with the OIG Analysis Unit. Qualifications include 2+ years in intelligence or analysis and an associate degree in criminal justice or related discipline.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of intelligence, investigations, or analysis experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree in criminal justice or related discipline required or equivalent internship experience.

Responsibilities

Compile, analyze, and disseminate information and criminal intelligence from multiple sources.
Request, receive, analyze, and document confidential criminal information.
Coordinate inter-state and intra-state information pertaining to criminal activity on Department of Corrections property.
Prepare clear, comprehensive written reports and work effectively in a team.
