Job summary

Florida Department of Law Enforcement seeks an OPS Criminal Justice Information Analyst I to process public applications for sealing and expungement of criminal records. You will research across multiple databases, assess eligibility, and ensure data integrity while maintaining NCIC/FCIC certifications.

You will provide customer service to agencies and the public, interpret state statutes, and collaborate with law enforcement partners to support compliance and timely decisions.
