The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) seeks an OPS Criminal Justice Info Analyst I in Tallahassee to review and process missing data in BIS and CCH, maintaining NCIC/FCIC certification and data security. You will handle data updates, coordinate with agencies, and support accurate criminal history information.

Under supervision, you will enter, verify, and modify records, monitor workflows, and ensure compliance with the department's operations manual while contributing to public

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research from multiple databases to support CCH record changes.
• Enter additions, deletions, and modifications in CCH per the operations manual.
• Coordinate with agencies to gather documentation for record updates.
• Review arrest fingerprint cards for processing.
• Scan and enter demographic and historical charge data into BIS and CCH.
• Monitor workflow system for cases pending review.
• Evaluate changes to CCH and support additions/deletions/modifications.
• Review information to approve or reject modifications as required.
