Job summary

ViaPath Technologies seeks a Supervisor of CriminaI Intelligence Services to lead an analytics team, manage cases, and provide actionable intelligence to the client and law enforcement partners. This role is based at the client site in Mechanicsburg, PA, with travel up to 10% for investigations and coordination.

The ideal candidate has several years of leadership experience in investigations or corrections, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with intelligence processes and ViaPath tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent years of related work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of team leadership/management experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of investigative, intelligence, case management or corrections experience required.
• Ability to partner with customer and develop actionable intelligence.
• Excellent customer engagement, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Intelligence team staff and projects.
• Serve as ViaPath Fusion’s point of contact with the customer.
• Assign cases based on workload and organizational priorities.
• Organize teams to collect, plan, analyze, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities.
• Ensure QA/QC across all work products to meet ViaPath standards.
• Identify gaps, analyze problems, and generate solutions.
• Monitor offender telephone calls and generate intelligence reports.
• Conduct weekly meetings with administration and counsel confidential handling of information.
• Present facts clearly in writing and orally, with attention to deadlines.
• Travel up to 10% as needed for investigations and coordination.
