Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent GED.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to function independently with minimal supervision, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to proofread documents with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, input, file, organize and retrieve information using various computer applications and systems.
• Review and entry of criminal arrests and dispositions in the Criminal History system
• Access Prosecutor Portal, Doxpop, MyCase and IC Clerk mailbox for the entry and updating of dispositions
• Process Court orders
• Complete requests for FBI/NICS to include Restoration of Rights, Gun Denials and Domestic Violence Determinations–IDACS Certified
• Operate and maintain office equipment to include computer, copier, fax machine and shredder
• Perform other duties as required
