Job summary

InformData in Kentucky seeks a Criminal Field Researcher to research public records for criminal or civil history, validating identities for clients. You will build relations with court personnel, retrieve indexed information, and accurately enter findings into our systems, marking clear or documented results as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Type at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work overtime with prior notice.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with court personnel and the public.
• Research using public records indexes to retrieve information.
• Enter results into proprietary systems and mark as clear or recorded findings per instructions.
• Provide updates to the Supervisor regarding court holidays, delays, or process changes.
• Support teamwork by backing up other Field Researchers and ensuring quality standards.
