Job summary

The Aspen Institute’s Center for Rising Generations and Sports & Society program seek a CRG Associate to launch the Captains Leadership Academy, providing leadership development for high school team captains nationwide. The role reports to program management and works from the Washington, DC office part-time, with a year-long term through April 2027.

The Associate will coordinate curriculum development, partner relations, and communications, while monitoring progress and outcomes for the pilot

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience creating data visualizations, dynamic tools, or compelling case studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Captains Leadership Academy project through launch and pilot year.
• Coordinate and monitor multiple strands of work and report status to the manager.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners for the pilot and potential expansion.
• Collaborate with communications to share program successes and progress.
• Document lessons learned to guide future expansion and improvement of the program.
