Job summary

The Aspen Institute is seeking a CRG Associate for Alumni Engagement based in Washington, DC. You will build a network connecting CRG alumni across programs like AYLF, Aspen Challenge, Stevens Initiative, CNAY, and the wider Aspen community.

You will gather data, design an interim engagement structure, and develop a long-term plan to sustain alumni connections, working with CRG and the Aspen Network Strategy and Enterprise Development team to turn insights into action.

Qualifications

• Experience working collaboratively to co-create solutions to complex problems with data visualizations, dynamic tools, or compelling case studies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and viewpoints.
• Willingness to learn new skills and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Ability to navigate a large organization and manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build a network to connect CRG alumni with the Aspen Institute and Center for Rising Generations.
• Gather data on alumni, engagement resources, and program needs in the first two months.
• Craft an interim engagement structure (low-tech) to improve alumni connections, newsletters, events.
• Develop long-term, sustainable alumni engagement solutions aligned with existing Aspen initiatives.
• Contribute to other projects and priorities as needed.
