As part of the Weatherization services pipeline that starts with the Efficiency Coaching and ends with a Quality Control Inspection, Crew Techs follow detailed work plans that helps clients have homes that are warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, as well as save on energy costs. The Crew Technician is an entry-level position that can lead to a range of more advanced positions at SEVCA, with extensive training and professional development provided.
