Job summary

Roca seeks a TECS to supervise a work crew, ensuring program compliance and contract obligations. You will teach CBT-informed skills, support participants in workforce readiness, and coordinate on-site activities with a focus on safety and quality. Strong communication and mentoring abilities are essential.

You will also help participants move into outside employment, conduct outreach, and maintain accurate records in the ETO system while modeling professional behavior and work standards.

Qualifications

• BA preferred or equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of three years of direct service work with high-risk young people.
• Experience teaching, managing, and working with small groups.
• Ability to break down and explain skills to diverse participants.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage a work crew in alignment with state and local guidelines and site expectations.
• Explain and model employment attainment and workforce professionalism.
• Coach participants using Roca’s intervention model and CBT fundamentals.
• Maintain caseloads, track attendance, and ensure program compliance.
• Engage with partners, conduct outreach, and support participants in job placement.
