Responsibilities

• Coordinate pilots and flight attendants schedules to maintain daily flight schedule.
• Be a resource for crewmembers and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Ensure all assignments comply with FAA and company policies.
• Resolve scheduling issues and rest requirements as per regulatory rules.
• Coordinate trip swaps, drops, and other schedule changes with dispatch.
