JSX is seeking a Crew Scheduler I in Dallas to manage daily and long-term crew schedules, ensuring Pilots and Flight Attendants meet regulatory and company requirements. You will respond to disruptions, reallocate crews, and coordinate travel for repositioning and backup coverage to keep flights running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or related roles.
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assign crewmembers to flights while complying with FAR Part 135 duty and rest limits.
• Monitor crew legality and adjust schedules as operations change.
• Coordinate last-minute disruptions, reassign crews, and arrange travel.
• Serve as main contact for pilots and flight attendants on schedule questions.
• Use NavBlue N-OC and scheduling tools to manage daily/long-term changes.
