The Aerozone is hiring for a Cabin Server to provide exceptional in-flight cabin services on our fleet of large cabin aircraft in Cleveland, OH. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding passenger care, preparing catering and beverage orders, and ensuring cabin readiness for boarding and landing.

As a full-time position based in Cleveland, the Cabin Server will maintain cabin cleanliness, restock supplies, and communicate passenger needs to the flight crew while delivering a memorable travel

Department: 202 Flight Attendants Location: Cleveland, OH The Cabin Server provides in-flight cabin services on our fleet of large cabin aircraft (for additional pictures and specifications of our fleet, please visit our website). This position will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to all of our passengers. This is a full-time opportunity! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Ensure a high level of service and comfort for all passengers – Provide passengers with a memorable experience with the highest level of responsiveness – Prepare and present catering orders and beverage orders as requested – Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing, following procedures – Greet passengers boarding aircraft with the utmost courtesy and professionalism – Clean and organize the cabin as needed – Maintain the appropriate amount of aircraft stock and supplies – Keep the Captain informed of any passenger plans or needs that may affect the conduct of the flight – Attend to routine o…
