Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Crew Pay Specialist to support the Integrated Operations Crewmembers. This role handles pay-related inquiries, processes corrections, and ensures compliance with labor agreements.

You will monitor and adjust pay for training, postings, and special pay categories while aligning with contractual guidelines and schedules, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and SABRE/FOS experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• 1 year SABRE/FOS experience.
• 1 year Crew Scheduling or Crew Tracking experience.
• Crew Pay Compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers all pay related questions from Crewmembers and Flight payroll.
• Evaluates pay claims and send corrections to payroll.
• Monitors, inputs and adjusts pay for training, temporary duty, special assignments, bid denial, sick, expenses and other special pay categories.
• Calculates pay protection according to contractual guidelines.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work overtime as required, sometimes with little or no advance notice.
