Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping in the Phoenix and Tucson markets is hiring a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. This is a year-round role with seasonal snow support in winter months.

Lead and motivate a crew of 2-3 on job sites, perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, operate landscape tools, ensure safety and timely completion. Training and onboarding support offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities
