About the Job

NO EXPERIENCE is required for this position, as on-the-job training is provided. However, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are important qualities for this job. Additionally, physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

The primary duties of a crew member may include:

• Taking customer orders: Crew members are responsible for taking customer orders and ensuring that they are accurately entered into the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
• Bagging Orders: pack and sort customers items into bags for pick up or delivery.
• Cleaning: Crew members are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This may include cleaning counters, and windows, restocking supplies, and keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
• Customer service: Crew members must provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience. This may include answering questions about the menu and suggesting menu items.
• Teamwork: Crew members must work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
