Position Summary

Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Crew members work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house (the line), lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or older (must provide proof of age and work permit if under 18 years old).
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can‑do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
