Job summary

Wendy’s is seeking a crew member to join our Toledo, Ohio team. You will greet guests, take orders, and help prepare and serve food in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You’ll rotate through stations, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and assist with opening or closing procedures. A positive, dependable work ethic and clear communication with teammates are essential.

• Ensure clear communication between the register and food line staff.
• Knowledge of the Wendy’s brand and menu items.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Greet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome.

Position Overview The essential functions and position standards of a crew member are listed below. Generally, it is necessary for a crew member to be crossed-trained in at least three stations. Each station does not necessarily exist in every restaurant, and sales volumes dictate which station will be used and for how long on each shift. An individual must be able to perform each necessary function satisfactorily.
