Job summary

Flagship Car Wash is hiring for in-person roles. The company operates 41 sites across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region and is part of the Spotless Brands family.

Team Members provide friendly customer service, explain wash packages, and participate in loyalty programs while preparing vehicles for the tunnel experience. Roles are full-time, part-time, or seasonal, with competitive hourly pay and potential tips or incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and able to pass a background screen.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with high levels of service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and promote Loyalty and Rewards memberships to customers.
• Vacuum cars upon entry, prep vehicles for tunnel experience.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles interior and exterior.
• In some locations, drive customer vehicles to and from the tunnel.
• Safely operate car wash equipment and assist customers.
• Maintain grounds and equipment; follow all rules and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full-Service Crew Members earn competitive base hourly rates and incentive pay which may include tips or commission! As A Team Member You Will:

• Engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to retail customers.
• Skillfully vacuum cars upon entry, clear away trash, and prep vehicles for the tunnel experience.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles for both interior and exterior spaces.
• In certain full-service locations, crew members drive customer vehicles to and from the tunnel.
• Safely utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment.
• Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
