Job summary

Flagship Car Wash is hiring Great People for in-person Team Member roles across our Maryland footprint. We offer competitive pay, on-the-job training, benefits for full-time staff, and real opportunities for advancement as a Spotless Brands Company continues to expand.

As a Team Member you will deliver excellent customer service, explain wash packages, drive referrals to Loyalty programs, and assist with vehicle prep and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a contingent background screening.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by delivering high level of service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and promote Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to customers.
• Vacuum cars, prep vehicles for the tunnel, and assist with detailing.
• Safely operate car wash equipment and assist customers with use of equipment.

Flagship Car Wash is hiring Great People! We currently operate 41 sites in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia area and have plans for continuous expansion. Flagship a Spotless Brands Company, is one of the fastest growing and largest car wash platforms in the United States.

Full-Service Crew Members earn competitive base hourly rates and incentive pay which may include tips or commission! As A Team Member You Will:

• Engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to retail customers.
• Skillfully vacuum cars upon entry, clear away trash, and prep vehicles for the tunnel experience.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles for both interior and exterior spaces.
• In certain full-service locations, crew members drive customer vehicles to and from the tunnel.
• Safely utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment.
• Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.

Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.

Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Able to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions.

Qualified candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age and able to pass a contingent background screening.
