Wendy’s is seeking a Crew Member to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests at our Wisconsin location. You will assist with food preparation, guest interactions, and daily restaurant duties in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

You’ll work closely with teammates to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness while following safety protocols and company policies. Flexible scheduling is available to fit part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or compliant with state laws).
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Dependable and punctual execution of duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Prepare food to Wendy’s standards, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and provide receipts.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow health and safety regulations and keep kitchen and dining areas clean.
• Support opening/closing duties and participate in training to improve performance.
