Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or comply with state-specific labor laws).
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers warmly, assist with menu options, take accurate orders, and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Food Preparation and Quality: prepare food per Wendy's standards, follow safety guidelines, and ensure proper portions and presentation.
• Cash Handling and Register Operation: handle cash transactions, provide change and receipts, keep register area organized.
• Team Collaboration: work with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and a supportive environment.
• Health and Safety Compliance: maintain cleanliness, follow health regulations, and proper food handling.
• Additional Duties: assist with opening/closing, participate in training, and perform other tasks as assigned.
