Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers, assist with menu options and orders, resolve issues.
• Food Preparation and Quality: prepare foods per Wendy's standards, ensure safety and quality.
• Cash Handling and Register Operation: handle cash transactions and provide receipts.
• Team Collaboration: work with teammates and supervisors to maintain operations.
• Health and Safety Compliance: follow health regulations and sanitation procedures.
• Additional Duties: opening/closing duties and training participation.
